Aina Adlina graduated with a bachelor's degree in nutrition from Management and Science University, Malaysia in January 2023. 

In university, Aina was an active student. She often joined seminars and talks especially on topics related to health sciences. She was also involved in many events such as Autism Awareness Campaign, Sports Nutrition Event, health assessment for school employees and more. She was the Vice President of the Healthcare Professional Department club where she developed her leadership and social skills, especially towards the students.

Aina completed 6 months of industrial training in a busy Klinik Kesihatan (Malaysian Ministry of Health primary care clinics), as an intern under the nutrition unit. During the internship period, her duties included counselling mothers and children, doing cooking demonstrations for the community, conducting school canteen checks and more. From there, she built her passion for community nutrition.
Aina volunteers for the Kembara Insani, a humanitarian NGO based in Malaysia. She was involved with a 2019 Back to School programme, helping children in Sungai Petani, Kedah prepare materials such as school uniforms and stationeries for school and with flood relief for Selangor citizens in 2021. 

In February 2023, Aina volunteered with another Back to School programme in Pulau Kampung Bahru, Kelantan where she was responsible in assessing the growth status of the children living in the island. She then continued by handing out flyers touching on topics about growth and stunting among children, as well as giving out intervention talk to the mothers. Aina aspires to collaborate with these children and their mothers for them to receive the help that they deserve.
