The MindUp Tawfekh Keur Jaboot, located in Jaxaay, Senegal, was among the first initiatives launched by Heights and Minds, in partnership with Gouy Gui and the Conseil National de Développement de la Nutrition (CNDN). Since opening in January 2020, it has delivered essential services such as growth monitoring, personalized counseling, and daily meal demonstrations, empowering families to prepare affordable, nutritious meals at home with an emphasis on increasing fruit and vegetable intake.

To promote financial sustainability, Tawfekh Keur Jaboot also operates a boutique featuring locally produced dried fruits and enriched flours, providing essential nutrients for child growth. All products are quality-monitored by CNDN. In December 2024, three more MindUps will open across Greater Dakar, furthering our mission to combat chronic malnutrition and enhance child development.
