Tifanny Widya Ekayultina

Brand, Marketing and Communications Consultant

Tifanny Widya Ekayultina is a public health and communications professional with a background in nutrition, medical affairs, and brand management. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Nutrition from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia, where her passion for maternal and child nutrition grew through community volunteering in Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara. Witnessing the challenges families face in providing nutritious food for their children inspired her to pursue initiatives that promote better health outcomes. During her undergraduate years, she initiated JARI LIMA (Remaja Putri Peduli Anemia), a project encouraging adolescent girls in Yogyakarta to take iron supplements to help prevent iron deficiency anemia.

After graduating, Tifanny joined Danone Specialized Nutrition Indonesia in Medical Affairs, contributing to initiatives addressing child growth and nutrition and collaborating with healthcare professionals to explore challenges surrounding iron deficiency anemia. She later transitioned into brand management in the consumer goods industry, where she developed an appreciation for how marketing and communication can influence behavior. Seeking to bridge these experiences with public health, she pursued a Master of Science in Public Health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, specializing in Health Education and Health Communication, and graduated in 2026.

Following her graduation, Tifanny hopes to give back to communities through direct engagement with organizations working in nutrition and child development. She currently works as a Brand, Marketing and Communications Consultant at Heights and Minds Foundation, supporting its brand development, digital presence, and storytelling to communicate its work in nutrition, early childhood development, and maternal and child health. Looking ahead, she aspires to become a consultant specializing in maternal and pediatric nutrition marketing and health communication, collaborating with healthcare organizations and policymakers to strengthen nutrition education and empower parents and caregivers to make informed decisions about their children’s health and development, particularly in Indonesia.
