Jasmine Jha

Monitoring & Evaluation Consultant

Transitioning from four years of experience in academia, Jasmine Jha earned a Master of International Development Policy from the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University. During the program, she specialized in impact evaluation and data science, and completed a capstone project with UNICEF Kenya focused on improving health outcomes. She subsequently worked as a Graduate Research Assistant with Innovations for Poverty Action in Sierra Leone and the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation, contributing to applied research and evaluation projects.

Prior to pursuing her master's degree, Jasmine served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Delhi, where she taught courses including Econometrics and International Economics.

She currently works as a Consultant with the Heights and Minds Foundation, supporting Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and program-related data analysis. Alongside this role, she has recently consulted with the World Bank Group’s Education Global Practice and served as a Research Assistant at the Georgetown University Initiative on Innovation, Development & Evaluation. Her work emphasizes the use of quantitative tools, including Stata and R, to support evidence-based decision-making in development programs.
