Alessandra has a Master’s Degree in Biology and is a qualified Nutritionist since 1995. Since her graduation, she has been working in the pharmaceutical industry and held various roles in clinical operations, commercial training, and medical affairs at large companies like GSK, Lilly, Amgen and now Kite/Gilead.

 

Her focus has been – and still is – Oncology and Haematology. The more she got to know about these life-threatening diseases, the more she realized that they are frequently triggered or worsened by poor diet and unhealthy lifestyle. By combining her expertise, her Italian origins, and her passion for food, cooking and wellbeing, she eventually decided to complete her research on nutrition at the University La Sapienza in Rome and implement her knowledge by collaborating with Heights and Minds.

 

Her goal is to support Heights and Minds in helping mothers and their kids close their nutritional gaps by understanding which eating habits should be changed and implemented. All with energy and positivity.
